Our ‘Identifying and Supporting Carers in the Workplace’ session aims to make carers more visible in the workplace and helps managers reflect on the hidden impacts of caring. Managers can learn how to support team members who care for someone alongside work.
This session will explore:
- How to identify unpaid carers in the workplace
- The impact of caring and how this can affect carers at work
- How employers can support working carers and the associated business benefits
