VOCAL runs various courses on dealing with stress, and coping strategies, as well as our support for carers across Edinburgh.
Caring for someone can be challenging. These sessions can help you learn more about the impact of caring on your emotional wellbeing and how to develop strategies to self-regulate and cope with difficulties.
They also explore the causes and symptoms of stress, why ignoring stress doesn’t work and looks at practical ways to deal with it.
