VOCAL has joined forces with Standard Life, The Open University and Carer Positive and – backed by City of Edinburgh Council – to bring together Edinburgh employers to share good practice and develop positive approaches to supporting carers at work at an event on Thursday 9th June.
Standard Life will be hosting the event for representatives from 50 city employers to showcase best practice and initiatives to support carers in the workplace and retain experienced staff, reduce absences and make considerable savings on recruitment.
